- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Custom or pre-order items may require additional processing time.

- Delayed or Lost Shipments

- Lost or stolen packages are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. However, we will assist in filing claims where possible.
- Returns Due to Incorrect Address
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
